Theft of repair phones

This is the response <br> <br> To : Cellnetwork Client<br> From : Cellnetwork (Pty) ltd<br> Re : Theft of repair phones <br> <br> Dear client<br> <br> As you are aware the MTN store in the Wonderpark shopping center suffered a break-in during the night of the 28th February 2015. The store in question is a dealer owned store owned by Cellnetwork and not MTN head office.<br> <br> At the time of the ******* the store was securely locked and the alarm system was activated as per company policy and procedure however the ******* took place through the air conditioning system and then through the roof. The ******* went on to destroy the entire stock cage by grinding through the metal bars and locking mechanism.<br> Unfortunately due to the size of the shopping center the security on site did not hear anything and the entire stock holding was ******. <br> Due to the nature of the cellular industry and the losses being incurred around the country with ******ies and armed ******ies at present, insurance has been increasing difficult to acquire. <br> There is no obligation by Cellnetwork to have covered or insured your repair handset.
