Theft of data and anytime minutes

MTN constantly takes my data, with the new provisioning on the 12th of each month the bal of my minutes and data is not carried forward only part thereof I have tried raising this query to no avail fron MTN, if they do this to the entire customer base what's the impact? MTN, please give to me what is due to me, don't ***** my minutes and data!
