THEFT

Ive been using this number ***) for quite some time now, and during the Lockdown Ive used it for my UNISA monthly data alocation. In August I bought data for R120 16GB and on Sunday 20 September I bought the 16GB for R120 again, and a couple of days later I got an sms from MTN stating that I need to RICA my sim card, and a day later the sim was blocked. Ive used that number for more then 6 months and all of a sudden I need to RICA it. It wasnt even a week when I bought that 16GB, and MTN are saying I must just accept that Ive lost it. I NEED TO BE REFUNDED OR REIMBURSED IN ANY TYPE OF WAY, because I cant be responsible for such isconduct
