Theft and ***** by MTN

This is my second complaint against MTN. My first conplaint has still not been resolved. Mtn is giving me 2.5Gb of data short every month. I have screenshots from their App loaded on my phone to prove this. They now owe me 7.5Gb of data and their only response is that they did give the whole 20Gb of data every month for the last 3 months and not 17.5Gb as i am saying. They have NEVER phoned me regarding my complaints instead expect me to phone them. Now i have had enough. Hellopeter, newspapers, Twitter, Facebook, everywhere that i am possible to lay my complaint and advertize their theft and bad service i will be doing. It is tine they start owning up and correcting theur mistakes.
