THEFT AND ***** AT MTN SOUTH AFRICA

I currently dont have an existing contract with MTN, yet a debit order went off my account on 31 May amounting to R633,32.. I phoned customer care 3 times with a 72 hour gap between each call yet nobody got back to me about a refund. The last women I spoke to over the phone told me she can only reverse R300 and something because she cant reverse the "VAT". Then she changed the amount to R400 and something not giving a proper explanation as to why I cant get a full refund. This women was apparently from the billing department. I told her MTN is *****ing from me etc and the women kept quiet. There is something shady going on at MTN. HORRIBLE SERVICE
