Hi Mtn<br> <br> You have been debiting my account for 2 months now for R980 & R1,711 the last debit caused my insurance debit to bounce. I reported this on your website and was given this reference number: MTN REQ:*** and told it would be resolved within 5 working days, its been 11 days with no response. i tried calling 083 173 it doesnt connect. I don't have any accounts with you nor have I ever, please assist.
