Theft

I have a contact that expired on 31 December 2020. No one from MTN contacted me and they simply increased my cost by R600 per month and deducted the extra money from my account. I never agreed to this additional cost and they are *****ing from me. This is not the first complaint I have raised against MTN. Their ethics are non existant.
