THEEEEEE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!!!

Thee worst service provider ever, every time id have to call MTNs call center they've never succeeded is providing a positive solution

When contacting the call center each agent gives a different reason as to what the issue might be and ofcourse a different solution is provided some you'd have to wait 24hrs and ofcouse the issue still persists.

Apparently on the 1st of Nov someone called in to divert my calls (that clearly wasnt me and to date the issue still persist - don't even get me started on how they were able to process with verifying the caller) - 10 DAYS AFTER the fact I still cannot get hold of the ***** dept and still cannot make calls. yesterday I was advised that my services were deactivated and that after 24hrs (today) services will be back on - I STILL CANNNOT RECEIVE CALLS!!...how is one deactivated but is able to make calls and why oh why am i deactivated?????!!!!!

WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING!!!!!!!
