Theeee WORST Customer Service/Call Centre

If I could give a -rating, I would gladly. Getting a settlement figure for a contract cancellation fee was like pulling teeth. After almost an hour on a call, being sent from pillar to post (5 Agents to be exact), and 3 different thumbsucked figures later, I still don't know what my settlement figure is.

I honestly cannot wait for the remaining months to come coz wow!

The guy was SOOO RUDE and it's a pity I didn't get his name coz I would blast him. Dude gives me a figure and I say, ok, since there is no consistency on the figures MTN gives me (I had received 2 different amounts in one call, 21 minutes into the call) please email me the figure I need to pay so I have proof of that. Dude says "No, I can't do that, I don't work with emails>" WOW
