THEE WORST NETWORK PROVIDER EVER

This is by far the worst cell phone network company I've encountered to date. They are very quick to deduct money from your account but I have requested a simple invoice on my balance and this is over 3 months now of constant follow ups... Still have not received anything from them. I've even resorted to escalating the matter to the ombudsman as I hvavae not received any resolve from Ober 10 different attempts to resolve this
