I've been on a back and forth trying to resolve my contract with this company, and it doesn't seem like any of their employees even understand what they are doing.

Everytime I call in for assistance, I spend close to 2 hours waiting to be connected to the relevant department; and even the person at that department still can't help me resolve my issue. I was given an email address to contact because apparently their "Legal Department" doesn't have a phone number! An entire service provider without a number to call for their clients??! I sent an email on the 27th of June, and only received correspondence on the 1st of August with someone else's statement. I wrote back on the same day, and am still waiting for correspondence to date. It seems like I will have to wait another 2 months before anyone writes back with the wrong information again... They have never even sent me a statement once since I've been a customer with them since 2018! Dealing with this company is literally the worst thing I have ever had to do in this life.
