The worst service provider. ****MERRRRRRSSS

This would be a half star if that was an option. Someone did a *****ulent sim swap with my number because MTN thought it was good idea to add a self-service option for a sim swap. I immediately informed them, and they told me they could not reverse it because the person was actively using the number well no **** sherlock. I asked that they suspend the number they informed me it is done but that was a lie, I was told to call after 2 hrs. to reverse the sim swap and I did but they could not do it and told me to get a new number to do a sim swap I did and they assured me it was done and that I should wait 24 hours meanwhile the ****mers did it in two hrs. and they were continuing ****ming people with my name. After 24 hrs. I called them and was told no sim swap was done and I should do it again and wait another 24 hrs. ridiculous, I called and told them to block the number as the ****mers are continuing to ruin my name, and they said I must go to the police station and get an affidavit which I did. I went to the MTN store with these documents and the agents at MTN Ghandi told me they cannot assist as they do not deal with such. This is the worst service provider, they have ruined my life and do not want to fix it.
