The worst service in the whole of South Africa!!

To my surprise, I am one of thousands who are disgusted by MTN on Hellopeter. I ordered an LTE router online with MTN and the router was delivered last Friday.

I paid online with the Pro-Rata included in the payment. Yesterday, the exact amount was debited again from my account which is utter *******. The router itself has the worst connection. It drops the connection every 2-5mins and then reconnects. How can a person work like that?

You call yourselves the best network in SA but I realize now that none of you actually use your own products and services. Because if you did, you would reevaluate that statement.

The customer service line is also a piece of ****. None of the options there are to actually help with real life issues!1 What even is that?

I need a refund and I need this service to either be sorted or cancelled!!
