THE WORST SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY

My girlfriend bought a Huawei P30 Pro on a contract when she got home she realized that the phone had some ink in the screen and returned it, they took it with no hesitation and told her to wait for the maximum of three weeks before she gets another ohone, three weeks after nothing, passed a month and weeks still no call or anything, they diducted the contract fee and worse they made a mistake on her numbers so she didn't even get the data or free minutes but the money was debited. She went to complain they asked her to create another contract and even now she doesn't have the phone, last week they debited money again from her account without returning the amout of the previous account she then reversed the devit order and they suspended her number so now she can use her own phone that doesn't even belong to MTN since they haven't fiven her a phone please do something. The regional manager wants her to give them dates on which the phone was purchased and returned and all that and that is supposed to be on their system, the phone was purchased at MTN Bethlehem, Free State.
