The Worst Service From MTN, So Disappointed

My Data was loaded on the 6th of October and it was short. I have been calling MTN every day regarding this issue and they keep telling me my ticket is still open and waiting for the relevant department to assist. Its the 17th today and still I have not been assisted. How long does it take MTN to assist one customer?
