The worst service from MTN

I got an MTN router in December 2021 which only worked until February 2022. I went to the Mall of the South MTN Store but they couldn’t assist. I went to two Sandton City MTN branches which were even more pathetic. They referred me to their 135 number. The call centre people referred me to their branches. I’ve been struggling with connectivity for a whole month now and I’m paying full price. I’ve never received such bad service where nobody can assist. I tried to end my contract but nobody can assist with that as well. MTN is the worst.
