The worst service ever

If I could put 0 stars I’d much rather prefer that A router was sold to me that has no coverage in my area On the 2nd day I returned the router to the store that was such a hassle as well and now I’m receiving and sms saying they will debit my account no one assist when trying to find out how this happened
