The WORST SERVICE EVER!

I have had the worst experience with MTN they took off two payments from my account. For more than 3 weeks I have been calling and no one calls back - or gives me feedback. The managers don’t want to take the calls say they will call back and never do. There is no accountability. I have sent all my documents proving it was done in error. My cases with reverence numbers keeps getting closed with no feedback. I want some time to call me back’
