The Worst Service EVER!!

<p>I app**** for a MTN contract mobile online and it was approved, I took a package were i received two mobile phones, I received my order and after day 2 the one phone started heating up and the battery life was low no matter how long I charged it.</p> <p>I decided to seek assistance from the MTN store to which I returned the phone, the consultant there said that she would send it away for repairs. I asked them to cancel the contract or send me another phone, this was not optional, to which they said i must contact them once i have received the phone back from repairs.</p> <p>After constant following up and trying to get this problem sorted, it has been over 4 months that I have been waiting to get my phone back, they have made no effort in getting back to me or sending feedback as to when i will be getting my phone back and yet i have been paying this contract every month without fail.</p> <p>In my books this is the worst service delivery ever!</p> <p> </p>
