The worst service by MTN (reverse ******)

We approached MTN after seeing an ad for a ZTE router for home use. We eventually contacted and a contract was discussed. We accepted. On the 30th of June 2023 we paid an amount of R548.90 into an MTN account, which was verified. Delivery was promised within 48 hours. After said time passed, WE HAD TO PHONE THEM JUST TO BE TOLD THE PACKAGE WAS CANCELLED AND SEND BACK TO MTN, NO EXPLANATION 😡!? I then went to an MTN shop and was told that deal was actually brokard through a 3rd party named Rewardsco? Who are they, so now I phone them for a refund, because according to MTN they must refund me, and Rewardsco say no MTN must refund me. Proof of payment was emailed to MTN, if they do not refund me immediately, social media, ombudsman, attorney's will be flooded with this discusting service, I personally think it's reverse ******
