The worst service
I took out a new contract at mtn, because I got pick pocketed Friday 15.9.17, I get to mtn Claremont they told me to wait for approval which apparently takes 24 hours, I went back Saturday....the consultant first went to do her thing at clicks and she told me to wait....nd I had to wait till she was done doing her things!!!i waited,.I got Huawei p9 lite, the new guy working there helped me...told me that the activation for the new contract will take 2-3 hours...I also needed to do a sim swop, and was advised that it would cost R130 and I was told to BUY MY OWN SIM, I got a sim...then they told me that their system was offline or something....I went to mtn waterfront, and there I got good service..the sim swop was done nd after less than 2 hours it was working...the guy working in the waterfront branch was surprised that I had to get my own sim and also the price for the sim swop. Anyways....I called mtn the customer service number..was advised that my contract sim.needs to be activated again nd the contract centre does not work weekends, Its Monday nd my sim is still not activated, HOW LONG AM I SUPPOSED TO WAIT????IS THIS THE SERVICE THAT MTN GIVES???? Nd I would seriously not recommend anyone to mtn Claremont
