Two dropped calls while talking to your agents!!!!!

Now two hours since I bought data using your App and it still doesn’t show on my balance!!!

I can’t connect to your cellular data network so that I can access the Internet!!!!!

Now my iMessage doesn’t work and for the SECOND TIME TODAY your agent tells me his screen has frozen and he can’t log a ticket!!!!!!
