The worst Network of them all...

The way m so feed up with mtn, i thought i was making the right choice by choosing them, this is Bulls**t. I took a contract of a Laptop that comes with a router at a cost of R249, but when i go to a store the price is no longer the same there are other editions. But i thought it is just one mistake. The next thing instead of receiving 12GB i receive 4GB(2GB day, 2GB night), i longed a complain last week about it and i was promised that i will receive my data in 2 days. i have been waiting for my data up until today i decided to call just to listen to a rude Lady who tells me that my reference doesn't exist ( ***), am sure by that she meant my issues was not yet resolved and she gave me a reference (1- ***) and m sure i will wait for my data until Covid19 disappears. But when it comes to debit order they dnt make mistake of deducting less, they even deduct more. Stay away from Mtn good people, save yourself from the stress that MTN causes to its customers. Now am out of data and m in need of them. This is my first and last contract with MTN, also lot of people complain about it.

MTN is SA s best network mobile network my foot, by ******** and robbing people you are the best not the other way round.
