The worst network, makes Telkom seem like an Angel.

I took out a cellphone contract with them for 649 per month, last month they debited R739.29 without communicating why. Then I go on my MTN app, and my bill for May is now R1179.36 and I haven't even used the phone. I emailed them on Monday and received no response. I sent follow up emails as well, no response. I happened to stumble upon an article now that they increased their contract prices starting May 1, yet they did not inform me. Their call centre is just as bad.
