The worst network in SA

An really disappointed , firstly my sim was delivered and it was inactive apparently i had to activate it this was wat i was told on the 23rd of feb but to my surprise in the 20th of february there was an unsuccessful debit order so for wat was i being charged for? I spent a week with out signal the debit order date and amount are both wrong now am 2 months in arrears this is the second time i have had to deal with such incompetence now my credit score is at risk. I had to run around to sort it out the first time because noone could give my straight answers now i have to spend my time and money again. This is the worst network in south africa
