The worst network ever in SA

I had went to the Mtn store in maponya mall and was assisted by Steven Netshimbupfe and submitted all my documents. I had handed two bank statements as I had recently made a bank switch and also advised the consultant to us my new bank that I had switched to for debit purposes. 30th August 2017no debit order at all, I call in to find out what's going consultant at customer care says I am registered as cash payer. I then change that to debit order 15th of September 2017 obviously expecting to be double debited on the 30th September this deriving from a confirmation sms from Mtn stating they will do so. But again that doesn't happen so Saturday the 30th of September 2017 i call in again to find out I am still a cash payer I decideder me go to the Mtn store to make payment same day. Surprisingly enough today 2nd of October they debit same amount I have paid. I need this resolved as I am doing my drivers license with the money they took for sweet nothing. Mtn is a ****ed up mobile service provider. I will drag your name down to everyone I know not to do any business with you even on prepaid you don't deserve our hard earned money
