The worst in the industry

On the same nr since day 1 with MTN. They've gone all the way down the drain. Now only a puddle of sewerage. For almost 2yrs, since latest contract started, I only receive 1G data/mnth and NONE of the extra data as per the promo contract chosen. Phoned them way too many times I care to count to sort issue. Same story every time: Oh, so sorry sir, so sorry. Yes. I see you must get all that extra data, I don't know why you not get it. I will escalate the problem then will phone you in 48 hours to say it is fixed. Guess what! Not a single call back, not even after 48 days! So the only conclusion is: they all lie, the are quick to collect my money every month but month after month for 20 months now, they fail to give me what they owe me according to my contract. Pathetic!! A true South African company.
