The worst experience of my life

If I could have given zero stars I would have. I have only received the WORST service from the MTN in Middelburg Mall, Mpumalanga. First of all - they do not have a contact number that exists, I tried numerous times and finally found a number that actually rings - I later find that the number is not even the number for my Middelburg Branch. I then went to the branch to do the upgrade - was helped by a lovely lady but the service afterward was horrible. I have now been waiting for my phone for 15 business days after I was told that it would only be 7 business days. I went to the branch to enquire about when I'll receive my phone - where I got laughed out of the store after I complained about their service
