The worst customer service I have ever experianced

I know some service providers sometimes do not deliver but they try their best with customer service. Then there's MTN. I wonder if you even train your call centre agent or even listen to their calls. You have the worse customer service and its getting even worse. I have an incident opened that I logged last year till date no one can answer. I am trying to cancel my contract but your agents are not helpful and drop calls. We don't use your service because we are desperate, we pay for it.
