The WORST customer service, ever!!

I placed an order for a new cellphone contract on MTN Online Shop on 5 June 2018 and got email acknowledgement promptly. Reference no. ********** 14. Same email promised "One of our dedicated agents will contact you within 48 hours".

Two follow up emails from me (Yes, you've guessed it - no responses either) later and 3 weeks since the order placed - no response whatsoever!!

It appears that you're not interested in my business?
