The worst customer service ever
Hi there<br> <br> MTN keeps on failing to debit my monthly bill from my bank account causing my MTN account to be in arrears. Can you PLEASE sort this out once and for all. I'll keep all my communications and reference numbers of calls and if MTN fails to debit my account ever again, I'll just not pay it. Where have you ever heard customers begging a service provider to take money from them? I'll cancel my contract with you, I swear. I'm tired of MTN and its bad service. <br>

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. According to our records the account is on debit order and the reason why the debit orders were not going prior, its because they were unsuccessful.
