The worst company in the world.

I'm unable to proceed without selecting a star. I'm actually rating MTN 0. I have been with MTN for 12 years or more. Recently my data was breached and an order for a new device placed under my profile. The representatives were unhelpful and passed the bug. I was passed from pillar to post for two days until I found an agent who could tell me what was ordered and how it was ordered. The colleague that placed the order can be seen on the system but they refuse to disclose who it is. I have waited for a call back but Ofco**** I ended up calling in again. Courier calls me from a different province about the delivery which confirms some kind of ***** is brewing. I call the callelation department and im quoted R2500 to cancel. After all the distress they have put me through If you are reading this, my advice to you is to NEVER take your business to MTN. It is no lie, all the reviews will confirm this. They have terrible service and couldn't care less about the people that are contributing to their existence. I'm amazed I stayed with them for this long but now I know better.
