The worst company i have ever dealt with in my life.

I am furious with MTN They are charging me to keep my two sim cards on mtn prepaid when I asked to cancel the contract because i didnt want to upgrade with MTN./ I had an agent phone me and offer to keep one number free of charge on prepaid and now I see im being charged for it!!!!!!!! I have never in my life received such bad service Every time i phone them they transfer me to a million departments each time i have to hold and i think ive spent 100 and 100 of rands on airtime just trying to get some help.

Please do not upgrade or have contracts with these people. MTn are useless.
