THE WORST AND DISGUSTING NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDER IN SA

<p>MTN are the worst network service provider you can get in SA; no wonder they are fined billions by Nigerian gov. The new CEO they snatched from a rival will have a lot of work to do to turn this stupid business around when it comes to service.</p> <p>If, as a customer you complain with them, their staff take it personal and intentionally delay resolving your case to punish you. I am a living testimony to that myself.</p> <p>I have for the better part of my life (over 13 years) used MTN and been loyal to them, but how they have treated me in the past 07 months is shockingly outrageous and disgusting to say the least.</p> <p>As we speak, I am being punished for complaining and they intentionally refuse to have my phone delivered to me.</p> <p>MTN, if there's anyone listening from there, if my phone doesn't get to me this week, you can cancel your stupid ****** contract and also keep your phone. You can blacklist me and see if I care. I have already informed my legal representative and I will get that removed off my name.</p> <p> </p> <p>There's an Indian woman called Nimita Reddy, based in KZN sales department, she is as useless as it gets and the whole lot I have dealt with.</p> <p> </p> <p>You can all go to hell for all I care.</p>
