THE WORST

WORST MTN ever - Tygervalley Branch!!! NO SERVICE! been calling since 9am - no one ever answers the phone! Finally spoke to a Peter who was basically just being the messenger to everyone else. He had no clue what was going on. My consultant Adrian cant seem to help me either. Finally decided to go into the branch to speak to them in person - waited 30mins just to find out Adrian is on lunch! Spoke to a nice consultant Norma who said she will ask Adrian to call me back once he gets back into the store - 2h30 mins later - still no call.!!! USELESSSSS! beyond frustrated.
