The worse service provider

all i want to cancel my data sim, I'm being transferred to all the departments, when i was transferred back to Retentions department. the lady transferred me to another department that was at 16:58, i was told that was the correct department, when i asked her to transferred me back to retentions department they said they close at 5. I would never refer not even my worst enemy to MTN
