The WORSE SERVICE EVER

My name is Refiloe Tau and I took out a fibre lime with Supersonic last year. My account number is S*** My service has been working perfectly until this year when it started to slow down. I complained to Supersonic and they fixed the issue. In the pastv2 weeks my network has been down and I've complained and even called them and they insist that it's working and that they will call me back which they never do!

This is the worse service that I've ever experienced and it's annoying because every month the debit order goes off and now I'm without connection!
