The worse service ever

Good day This has been the worst experience i have ever been through. It all started when I saw mtns deals on Facebook and decided to get a iPhone 14 as i believe it was great deal ,little did i know a sale agent immediately contacted me that was 3rd August great she informed me that unfortunately iPhone 14 was out of stock and immediately informed me about iPhone 15 ,excited as i was i accepted the offer everything was approved and ready for delivery , I went back to the deals and discovered that it would be better to take IPhone 15 pro as it was a R175 difference .That's when I discovered i'm not dealing with Mtn as i went to the direct store to cancel the order i was told these nothing they could possibly do they referred me to Mtn online later i was told they were not handling my order under Vasco connect tried contacting them and that too was unsuccessful . Going back and forth highly pregnant to the Fourways mtn store eventually someone reached out but still my problem wasn't solved , i was asking to send documents so it can be vetting i thought it was one step closer. I was now being assisted by Yolanda Ngudo from active connect, this is now 3 weeks after my original order . Everything again was approved and I was told they would contact me shortly for delivery. 5 days later i sent numous of email to Yolanda regarding delivery zero response until I got fed up and contacted Mtn customer service with hope to cancel as i was fed up with the whole ordeal ,Zandile assisted me and assisted me that the reason for my failed delivery unfortunately was the iPhone pro 128g was out of stock that's why I wasn't contacted. She then suggested i took the IPhone15 pro 258g in need of a phone i agree but continue to inform her about my ordeal and how many attempts i have gone through. Next day i was then contacted by Yolanda i was so furious and she said she was away on sick leave she apologized i didn't even know what to say or do at this point . I have just decided enough is enough i need everything canceled on both ends i would rather go in store directly and get my desired phone. Please kindly assist me in this regard this week i need to be out of the province i'm giving birth.
