The Worse Connection

There has been a change on the MTN bill recently. On the new bill it reflects that I owe R0 but was billed. The billed amount is correct but I’m in need of the correct bill where the amount reflects and does not show zero. I have called MTN three times in the last week, and all 3 times there were empty promises as no correct bill was received.
