The way MTN handles ***** cases

We have been trying to sort out ***** case that has been committed to my Mother-in-Law cell phone account - we have been at the 14th ave head office twice - they are great but they never keep their promises - it has been found that some had ***gy banked on her account and is going royally - we have done everything that is required and she is still getting sms's stating she has to pay and I have sent a email to the *****ulent department and have not received any response as yet - my Mother-in-Law is 82 and she cannot handle this kind of stress and to top it all of she is on pension.
