The Usual Pathetic Customer Service
As usual, pathetic customer service from MTN. First call was logged so long ago, I cannot remember the date, but I was told that I would get a reply in 48 hours from that call. Received absolutely no response at all after a week or so and I logged another call following up the first call. I was told that the matter was now escalated and I would receive feedback within 48 hours. That was the 18th Feb (16 Days ago). To date, still no response whatsoever.

Now I have to log another complaint about the lack of service to my initial complaint about poor service
