The TV I won was ****** by either MTN or Samsung employees

MTN phoned me and even sent a message to say I have won a 32 inch Samsung TV because of the upgrade I did. They promised to deliver it last year July. Up to now no delivery has been done. I have made follow ups both telephonically and email and even went to the store personally. Still I don’t have any joy eight months later.
