The terrible I have never experienced at MTN before

I went to MTN Wonderpark Outlet next to Pick `n Pay today. I was advised to go and get an affidavit, because I failed security questions in the store for the sim swap. I went back with my affidavit at the same shop, when I got there at 14h45 the Shop Manager I advised me that the shop is closed. Surprisingly the close sign is written that the chop closes at 15h00, there was no sign stating that they were experiencing technical error. What upset me is that the shop manager told me to come the next day. The Shop Manager was very rude the way he addressed me. He advised me that I can call MTN to log a complaint, because he is the manager at that particular shop. I felt that I was just treated as a number, not a customer considering that I asked the same MTN Official earlier what time does the shop close and he responded to me that at 15h00.
