The teller marketer gave me a call few months ago from the Home Mark building. They offered me a phone and data under Mtn. I told them the phone I want and they agreed, they loaded the data on my phone same day and now I was waiting for iPhone 13 pro max. Weeks went by that's when I got worried and I went to mtn store only to find out the teller marketer ****med me under home mark. On the system it only shows Data of which is R218pm for 36month and I never agreed to that, they tried to help me get hold of those sales people and they promised to cancel it, but now they didn't cancel it I'm getting data nd they are deducting money from my account. I previously made them aware I don't need data as I have wife at my house and my businesses premises. The next step I will be taking if this is not sorted out I will be going the legal route as this is against consumer protection Act.
