The strike is to blame for everything.
Phoned *** for mtn contract renewal / upgrade. Looking to go for the Sony Xperia E4 at R139 pm . Sorry no stock of that phone due to strike, phones in stock next week. Can we at least complete the paperwork because the new upgrade phone is cheaper than existing. R389 vs R139 on MTNChoice 100. My contract has completed. No can do, must have the phone in stock....? I see now the 10% price increase has been added, now R400 on expired contract. It seems the billing department works QUITE WELL during THE STRIKE. This is sick.
