The so called social bundle

I am so fed up with mtn, it introduced social bundles which chows my normal internet bundle, what's the point of buying them if they not gonna work. I am stuck with YouTube social bundle that don't allow me to go into YouTube unless i buy internet bundle it has been happening for a while now but this time i have just had enough! I called the call centre and was told to force stop then switch it off for 5 minutes. I have been doing that for a couple of times and its not working. Mtn should just refund me, their promotions just suck in general. Switching service providers is my only option
