The ****tiest service ever!!!

I have been having an going problem with MTN for months now, I was credited with airtime months ago in March I think.. The amount was R14.00, This airtime I am not able to use it, I can't call, or text or anything, this becomes confusing to me because I would think that I have amount but I have non. I have raised this issue and was advised countless times the amount will deplete within 5 months of non-use, this not the cause, I called recently and asked to have the airtime removed, where I spoke to Thandi she said she had logged a request and I will receive a text to say it has been done this was Tuesday and have received nothing, I called again and the gentlemen advised me that he can't log a query because it will be a duplicate, I called yesterday night spoke to Linda and advised that they cant have the matter resolved, I than asked for a call back from a manager by the name of G Patel and still have not received anything. I JUST WANT THIS MATTER RESOLVED AND THIS AIRTIME REMOVED FROM MY LINE. I have had the line refreshed so much on the network and nothing works. What do I have to do to have matter resolved? I don't want a generic response also.
