The service at MTN simply does not exist. The staff members refuse to escalate matters. When you do their work for them waste your time and money on airtime to escalate, Management is permanently not available to assist, promise to call right back but never do. When you try begging for feedback on escalations or staff and management to be proactive you do not even get a response. Lets see if they even respond to this now.
