The rudest and most unprofessional agent and company

The rudest agent ever spoke to from MTN, I spoke to Nonduduzo from the call center to assist me with the sim swap I did which I was told it is going to take 24 hours to be active and 24 hours later my sim card is still not active. i then asked for the manager because my sim swap request was sent to the manager she refused to pass me to the manager, she also refused to provide her surname because MTN said they must not give that information. she was rude and unprofessional and she hung up the phone on my ear. The call happens around 12h47 PM 18.06.2021. MTN is the worse company ever and to think I was going to take my business to MTN for my company contract this just showed me not to anymore and ever. Even my friends I I will not advise them to do business with this company because of their unprofessional stuff behaviour.
