The rudeness of Noxolo from some MTN telemarketers

I just got a call at 11:38(SA time) from some girl(she called herself "Noxolo") from *** number, telling me that she is representing MTN and selling me a contract. Firstly the phone she is offering me is what my 10 year old daughter has. I tell her that I currently use an iPhone 11Pro and she sarcastically asks me if I even know what that iPhone I'm talking about costs. Then she just continues to insult me about how I'm lying about a phone I dont even know the price of and she just drops the phone.

Is this how it is now at MTN? Little kids can call us without our permission and insult us just like that. This girl knows nothing about me and when I try to defend myself she can drop the phone in my ear? I have been trying to call this number to get some kind of explanation but the phone is engaged. To say that I am outraged is an understatement and am going to see to it that she never talks to anyone like that. I run a business and am a busy person and was just trying to be polite by even answering the phone which I dont normally do, especially when my TrueCaller shows the number as SPAM. This kind of behavior reinforces the notion of never giving any telemarketer a chance and to just be rude to them if they call. If this is your intention MTN so be it. I am ready for you.
